11. Stick to your budget

It does not matter what your financial status is. You have to set a budget and stick to it. A lot can happen in a year, a month, or a week, so having extra cash is always a good thing. Set your budget and do your best to stick to it. Always look for a cheaper option without sacrificing the quality of food you eat.

12. Rent/buy your books online

Do you know that most of your expensive, not to mention heavy, text books are available for rent via Amazon? Yes, rent. There are a lot of cheaper options instead of buying brand new books if you have a mind to look for them. Buying online is also usually cheaper than buying from stores. Don’t let the average price of books get you down.
